Indian Thali Night with Chaat Food

Join us on Saturday 10th August for a one-of-a-kind event with Chaat Food Truck who will be cooking up a three course Indian Thali menu paired with three Black Chalk wines. 

The Menu

 Canapés - Pani Puri served with Black Chalk Wild Rose

Sweet tamarind, lightly spiced red chillies, finished with a pop of freshness from pomegranate seeds 

Thali - Kofta Curry served with Black Chalk Dancer in Pink Rosé

Both the meat and vegetarian mains are rich and meaty with earthy notes from the turmeric and a light creaminess 

Dessert - Mango, Saffron + Lime Creme Brûlée served with Black Chalk Classic 

Exotic fruit, tangy, creamy, lime zest with undertones of a hay-like sweetness.

We’re running two sittings: 6pm - 7:30pm and 8:00pm - 9:30pm for the pre-paid pairing menu, or you can turn up anytime between 5pm and 9pm, find a seat in our sun-soaked courtyard and order the Kofta curry main course direct from Chaat's street food truck pitched outside the winery.
