Roll up your sleeves and experience the art of winemaking firsthand at our interactive Art of Winemaking Blending masterclass! Join our winemakers as they share the secrets behind crafting our award-winning vintage sparkling wines. You’ll taste a variety of base wines while learning the fascinating science and artistry that go into each blend.

Next, it’s your turn. You'll be put into teams to experiment creating your own blends, guided by tips and tricks from our winemakers to help you craft the perfect sparkling wine. Name your creation and design its label before our winemakers judge to see whose blend takes the top prize!

After the masterclass, unwind with drinks and nibbles in The Tasting Room, where you can relax and debrief with your team. Want to keep the fun going? Don’t forget to reserve your table for our Friday Night Late (5pm–9pm) featuring loaded flatbreads from Earth to Oven.
