Black Chalk Harvest Supper Club

We’re thrilled to welcome Grate Fire Kitchen back to Black Chalk for an unforgettable Harvest edition of our Supper Club.
Expect some phenomenal food, cooked over flames using the finest locally sourced, high-welfare meat and peak-season ingredients. This four-course feast includes a theatrical “from the coals” amuse bouche, and each ticket comes with a glass of Black Chalk sparkling wine on arrival.
Set in the stunning Courtyard, with the backdrop of our Circle vineyard, watch as Grate Fire Kitchen create your dinner over fire and then settle into our cosy Tasting Room for your four course feast. It’s the perfect way to spend an evening celebrating the end of harvest with us.

Pre-Fire Nibble
‘Catplana’, Portuguese pork and mussels over the flames
Starter
Chappa fried polenta and sweetcorn cakes, Isle of Wight tomato salsa
Main Course
Reverse seared cider brined Hampshire pork ribeye, charred kohlrabi, apple and radish salad, pork dripping fried potatoes
Dessert
Grilled pears, honey yoghurt, candied maple bacon and seeds
Two sittings are available, 5:00pm - 7:00pm and 7:30pm - 9:30pm. The Black Chalk bar will be open for additional drinks orders during the evening. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
